1. Apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is the "magic elixir" that has been used since ancient times. Apple cider vinegar (also known as ACV / apple cider vinegar) was made from fermented apple juice, and it was even said that ancient Greek physician Hippocrates used it for medicinal purposes including treating acne.

Method:

Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with three tablespoons of water. Wash your face, then dip the cotton ball in vinegar and rub it gently on your skin. Leave the vinegar on for 15 to 20 seconds, and rinse your skin with water. Repeat this process in the morning and at night.

2. Green tea:

Excessive sebum production can cause dead skin cells to stick together and clog pores, which can lead to acne. Reducing sebum production on the skin may help prevent acne, and according to a 2017 review of research studies, compounds in green tea known as polyphenols may help skin health by helping prevent the sebaceous glands from producing excess sebum, or sebum.

Method:

When treating acne with green tea, people can apply products containing green tea topically to the skin. Alternatively, they can take the supplement orally.

Make a cup of green tea and let it cool completely, then pour the green tea into a spray bottle. Wash your face with a cleanser and dry it gently with a towel.
Apply green tea to the entire face and leave it for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water, and the last step is to apply a good moisturizer.
You can repeat the same routine twice a day.
